US Expansion with New Office and Senior Sales Appointment

29 January 2026

We are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in the United States and the appointment of Phil Cenedella as Vice President of Sales.

The move marks a significant milestone for Arishi as it strengthens its presence in North America and enhances its ability to support clients operating on both sides of the Atlantic.

Arishi is an AWS partner and a partner of Magnolia, the leading headless Digital Experience Platform with a track record of delivering expert software projects to the US Department of Agriculture, Revlon Cosmetics and Verizon.

With more than three decades of experience of technology, international trade and digital transformation, Phil Cenedella is originally from New York and now based in California. Phil will cover the US market, working closely with organisations seeking to modernise legacy systems and adopt cloud-first strategies.

Phil has played a pioneering role in transatlantic technology collaboration. In the mid-1990s, he was involved in organising the very first Technology Investment Forum, connecting technology companies from California and the UK. The event, held at the QEII Conference Centre in London, was among the earliest formal efforts to build commercial technology bridges between the two regions.

His career includes senior leadership positions such as Executive Vice President of the World Trade Center of San Diego and Vice President of the San Diego Software Industry Council, where he supported the growth of the regional technology ecosystem. He has also worked as a lead consultant for IBM Research and a UK-based firm involved in delivering one of the first tele-health services to the NHS – an early example of technology-enabled healthcare at scale.

Phil’s technical experience spans multiple generations of enterprise IT and he has remained at the forefront of change, helping to guide organisations today through cloud transformation using AWS Migration Hub and AWS Application Migration Service (MGN).

Commenting on his appointment, Phil said:
“Arishi combines deep technical expertise with a practical, business-led approach to cloud transformation. I’m excited to help organisations across the US better understand their modernisation and migration options today, and to build strong, lasting partnerships between US and UK teams.”

With its new US office and senior leadership appointment, Arishi is well positioned to support global organisations navigating the complexities of cloud adoption, legacy migration and digital resilience.
